Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Who We Are & Acceptance of These Terms

Callback is operated by Reviya A.I Technologies LTD (Israeli company registration no. 517319281) ("Reviya", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Callback (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Callback uses AI to consolidate the work-history material you provide into a profile and to generate application materials — tailored CVs, cover letters, match scores, and submission guidance — against job descriptions you supply. The Service rewrites and reframes the experience you actually provided; it is designed not to invent experience you don't have, and it flags gaps and unverified figures for your review.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at ehud@reviya.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Wallet, Pricing & Payments

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the CVs, documents, notes, and job descriptions you upload, and to the tailored materials generated for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your content or your account at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you provide and for ensuring it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. AI-Generated Output — Your Responsibility to Review

Generated materials are drafts for your review. Before sending anything to an employer, you must verify that every statement is accurate and truthful — including any bracketed placeholders the Service explicitly asks you to confirm or complete. You are solely responsible for the applications you submit. The Service does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, offers, or any particular ATS score or outcome, and nothing in the Service constitutes career, legal, or professional advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or submit someone else's work history as your own without authorization; use the Service to produce deliberately false or fraudulent application materials; attempt to probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer the Service; or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service — its software, design, scoring rubrics, and branding — is owned by Reviya and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they transfer no ownership in the Service itself.

9. Availability & Changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may occasionally be interrupted, updated, or changed. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and to let you use or export what you have paid for, or refund unused purchased balance (calculated as described in Section 4).

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviya's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and Reviya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, employment outcomes, profits, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
