Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Rapport website at reviya.ai/rapport and its English, Spanish, Russian and Arabic pages (the “site”), operated by Reviya A.I Technologies Ltd (רביעיה אי.איי טכנולוגיות בע״מ), company no. 517319281, 49 HaMarganit St., Ramat Gan, Israel (the “Company”). By browsing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If these terms are translated, the English version prevails over other translations; the Hebrew terms at /rapport/he/terms govern the Hebrew pages.
What the site is
The site is a company and marketing site that presents the Rapport service and lets you contact us by email or WhatsApp. The site does not provide the service itself.
Nothing on the site — including descriptions of capabilities, prices if shown, pilot terms or marketing content — is a binding offer, commitment or contractual representation, and nothing on it creates an agreement between the Company and you. Any actual engagement, including a pilot, will be made only under a separate written agreement signed by the Company and the customer, which will set out the scope of the service, the fees, the service levels and the liability. If the site’s content conflicts with such an agreement, the agreement prevails.
The site is intended for businesses and the people who work for them. Using it and contacting us through it are intended for adults (18 or older) acting on behalf of a business. Do not contact us through the site on behalf of a minor, and do not send us a minor’s details.
Site content
The content on the site, including descriptions of capabilities and conversation demos, is provided for general information. The demos are illustrations and do not reflect a real customer’s conversation. The Company may change, update or remove content at any time without prior notice. The content is not professional, legal or business advice.
Permitted use
- Do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of a third party.
- Do not attempt to break into the site’s systems, disrupt its operation, bypass security mechanisms, or load it through automated means.
- Do not send us details that are not yours or that you are not authorized to share, and do not use the contact form or our contact details to send advertising or spam.
- Do not copy, reproduce or distribute content from the site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Contacting us through the site
Details you send us are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sending us a message does not oblige the Company to reply, contact you, or provide any service.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the site and its content — including the names and marks Rapport and Reviya, the design, page structure, text, graphics, source code, conversation demos and any database in it — belong to the Company or to the rights holders who have licensed them to it. Using the site does not grant you any right in them, express or implied. You may not copy, reproduce, translate, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, publish or create derivative works from the content, collect information from it by automated means (scraping), or use it to train models, without the Company’s prior written permission. If you voluntarily send us feedback or an idea, we may use it freely and without compensation, and doing so does not give you any right.
Third-party links and services
The site includes links to, and components of, third-party services (including WhatsApp and Microsoft Clarity). The Company is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
Using the site involves a measurement service operated on global infrastructure, so information may be transferred and stored outside Israel, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “AS IS” and as available. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from faults or errors, complete security, or that the content is fully accurate and up to date.
The Company will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, harm to reputation or loss of data, arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on its content, or a third-party service linked from or embedded in it.
In any event, the Company’s total liability to a user in connection with the site — on any ground, whether in contract, tort or otherwise — will not exceed ILS 1,000. These limitations do not apply to damage caused willfully or by gross negligence, and are in any case subject to mandatory provisions of law. This is a service for businesses; to the extent the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, applies to any relationship, its provisions prevail over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
Changes to these terms
The Company may update these terms from time to time at its discretion. The binding version is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the top. A material change will be marked with a notice on the page. Continuing to use the site after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the updated version, so please review this page from time to time.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute relating to the site or its use, are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. The intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law and jurisdiction sections continue to apply after you stop using the site.
