Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected on the reviya.ai home page and on the Rapport website at reviya.ai/rapport and its English, Spanish, Russian and Arabic pages (together, the “site”), operated by Reviya A.I Technologies Ltd (רביעיה אי.איי טכנולוגיות בע״מ), company no. 517319281, 49 HaMarganit St., Ramat Gan, Israel (the “Company”, “we”, “us”); what it is used for; who may receive it; and how you can exercise your rights. The Hebrew pages work differently and have their own policy at /rapport/he/privacy.
This policy covers the site only. Processing of information as part of the Rapport service itself for a business customer is governed by the service agreement and the data processing agreement (DPA) with that customer.
The Company is the owner and controller of the information described here. Our privacy contact: Ehud, ehud@reviya.ai, 49 HaMarganit St., Ramat Gan, Israel.
What information is collected
- The contact form. The form asks for your name, company, phone number and business email. When you submit it, the page opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to ehud@reviya.ai. The page itself does not send anything to our servers. Nothing reaches us unless you send that email, and we receive only what you choose to send — you can edit or delete any of the details before sending.
- Emails you send us. When you send us an email, through the form or directly, we receive your email address, the details in the message and its contents, in our Google Workspace (Gmail) mailbox. Please do not send us sensitive information, including medical information or identifying details of your own customers.
- WhatsApp. The site has a WhatsApp link (wa.me). If you use it to message us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile details and the content of your messages. These pass through Meta’s infrastructure and are subject to Meta’s privacy policy.
- Usage measurement. Microsoft Clarity records how the pages are used, as described under “Cookies and measurement” below.
You are under no legal obligation to give us any information. Contacting us is voluntary, but without basic contact details we cannot reply to you.
How the information is used
- Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us: only to respond to you and to discuss the Rapport service with you.
- Usage measurement: to understand which parts of the site are clear and which are not, and to improve the site.
We do not sell personal information and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
How long information is kept
- Emails you send us (in our mailbox): up to 24 months from your last message, after which they are deleted — unless a business engagement results, in which case the information is kept according to the record-keeping and limitation obligations that apply to the Company (generally up to 7 years).
- Microsoft Clarity session recordings: 30 days; aggregated heatmap data — up to 13 months.
You can ask for earlier deletion at any time, subject to retention obligations under law.
Who receives the information
- Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd: Google Workspace (Gmail), where emails you send us are received and stored, and Google Cloud, which hosts the site and serves its pages. Google acts as a processor on our behalf under its standard data processing terms (the Google Cloud / Workspace Data Processing Addendum).
- Microsoft Corporation: Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps), as described under “Cookies and measurement”. Microsoft acts as a processor on our behalf under the Clarity terms of use and data protection terms, and is also subject to the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Meta Platforms: only if you use the WhatsApp link to contact us. Your phone number and message then pass through Meta’s infrastructure and are subject to Meta’s privacy policy.
- Parties required by law — a competent authority or court, if and when we are required to.
Transfers outside Israel
Google, Microsoft and Meta also process information outside Israel, mainly in the European Union and the United States. Transfers are made in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Outside the State’s Borders), 5761-2001: the information is transferred to countries the European Union has recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, or to a party that has undertaken to us in writing to comply with the conditions for holding and using the information that apply to a database in Israel, including through standard contractual clauses and recognized transfer frameworks. A copy of the terms that apply to a particular provider is available on request.
Cookies and measurement
These pages use one measurement tool only: Microsoft Clarity. They do not use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel.
Clarity records how the pages are used — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and navigation between pages — and shows this to us as session recordings and heatmaps, so we can understand which parts of the site are clear and which are not. Clarity sets cookies for this purpose. The fields of the contact form are masked, and what you type in them is not captured. You can block Clarity in your browser settings or with an ad blocker.
Separately, the site remembers your language, the one you chose or, on a first visit, the one your browser prefers, by storing it in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Blocking measurement cookies does not affect your use of the site.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13) and its regulations, you may:
- Access the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Law);
- Request correction of information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date (section 14 of the Law);
- Request deletion of the information, subject to retention obligations under law;
- Receive information about the source of the information, the purposes for which it is used, and who receives it.
To exercise these rights, email ehud@reviya.ai, or write to Reviya A.I Technologies Ltd, 49 HaMarganit St., Ramat Gan, Israel. To find your information we will ask for your name and the email address or phone number you contacted us from. We will reply within 30 days of receiving your request. If we refuse a correction request, we will tell you in writing, and you may appeal the refusal to a court. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Information security
The information we receive through the site is a small database: it contains business contact details only, does not include sensitive information as defined by law, few people have access to it, and it concerns a small number of people. It is therefore subject to the basic security level under the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. Accordingly, we maintain a database definitions document, limit access to people whose role requires it, use encryption in transit (TLS) and two-factor authentication on the relevant Google accounts, and keep access logs and carry out periodic reviews. More detail (in Hebrew) is on the security and privacy page. No system, however, guarantees complete protection.
Security incidents
If a serious security incident occurs in the database, we will handle it, document it and report it to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority as required by the data security regulations. If the Authority instructs us to, or if the incident may harm you, we will also notify you.
Accessibility
We work to make the site accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA. If you run into an accessibility problem, write to ehud@reviya.ai and we will address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the update. Questions: ehud@reviya.ai.
